Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Aus Transit Solutions ("the Company") and the client ("the Client") regarding the provision of moving and relocation services. By making a deposit, the Client acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions herein.

2. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide moving and relocation services as per the details agreed upon at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to, packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of the Client's belongings.

3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. A deposit is required to confirm the booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and must be paid within the timeframe specified by the Company.

4. Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation made by the Client within ten (10) days of the scheduled moving date, no refund of the deposit shall be available. Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company to be considered valid.

5. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, traffic incidents, or government restrictions. The Company's liability for any loss or damage to the Client's belongings shall be limited to the extent of the insurance coverage provided.

6. Insurance
The Company provides basic insurance coverage for all moves. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased by the Client at their discretion. Details of the insurance coverage provided and options for additional coverage will be provided upon request.

7. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are adequately packed and prepared for transportation. The Client must also ensure that all necessary permissions and permits for the move are obtained and provided to the Company in a timely manner.

8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By making a deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. The Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions for the duration of the contractual agreement with the Company.

10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be communicated to the Client and will take effect immediately upon such communication.

11. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with any documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersede all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

By proceeding with the booking and making the deposit, the Client confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
